Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular heparin combined with prednisone in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children , and effect on renal function , the blood coagulation system .Methods From 2011 January to 2014 January, 68 cases of children with primary nephrotic syndrome were collected;they were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group , 34 cases in each group .The 2 groups were given comprehensive treatment and prednisone , the observation group also received low molecular heparin treatment , 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks, and then the effect was evaluated. Results The observation group 's effective rate was 91.2%, which was higher than that of the control group of 79.4%(χ2 =52.418, P <0.05).After treatment, 2 groups of children's 24 h urinary protein, plasma albumin, blood total cholesterol level , blood urea nitrogen and creatinine , blood creatinine clearance rate were significantly improved than before treatment (control group:t =22.981、-2.795、2.358, P <0.01;observation group:t =2.234、-2.415、2.508, P <0.05),these factors in the observation group were significantly better than the control group ( t =2.247,-2.615,2.374, P <0.05).After the treatment, 2 groups'prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time revealed no significant differ -ence than before treatment ( P >0.05), no occurrence of damage to liver and kidney function , internal organs and digestive tract bleeding and other serious adverse reactions during the treatment period .Conclusion The low molecular heparin com-bined with prednisone in treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children is safe and effective ;it can significantly improve the re-nal function in children , worthy of further clinical application .
