Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) , interleukin-10 ( IL-10 ) in the blood and tumor tissue of patients with lymphoma .Methods From 2009 February to 2014 March, 98 cases of malignant lymphoma were enrolled as the observation group .Blood samples from gender , age matched healthy volunteers of 92 cases as healthy control group.Compare blood indices (including CRP, IL-6, IL-10) between observation group and the healthy control group , to ex-plore the different clinical characteristics of patients ’ corresponding lymphoma tumor tissue IL-6,IL-10 positive expression rate’s differences. Results Observation group patients’ blood CRP, IL-6, IL-10 levels were higher than that in healthy con-trol group ( P <0.01);different pathological type of lymphoma ’s IL-6 and IL-10 positive expression rates revealed no statis-tically differences ( P >0.05);IL-6, IL-10 level in different gender, IPI risk index, Ann Arbor staging, symptoms, LDH lymphoma patients revelaed statistically significant differences ( P <0.01).Conclusion Lymphoma’s IL-6, IL-10 expres-sion level was higher in females than in males , patients with symptoms was higher than patients without symptoms , LDH>300 U/L is higher than ≤300 U/L, and with the aggravation of IPI risk index and Ann Arbor stage , the level of IL-6, IL-10 were elevated.
