Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of conventional hemodialysis (HD),high flux hemodialysis(HFHD) and hemoperfusion ( HP) on micro inflammatory state in patients with chronic renal failure .Methods From 2010 June to 2013 August, 45 patients with chronic renal failure received hemodialysis treatment were enrolled , a retrospective analysis of HD , HFHD,HP in 3 different ways for hemodialysis patients before treatment , after the first time treatment and 3 months after treat-ment’s advanced glycation end products (AGEs), C reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor al-pha (TNF alpha) levels’ change. Results Compared with those before treatment , after 3 months of treatment, patients in the HP group’s CRP, AGEs, IL-6, TNF-alpha level and HFHD group’s AGEs, IL-6, TNF-alpha level were significantly de-creased with statistical significance ( P <0.05);3 groups of patients after 3 months of treatment, the level of AGEs, CRP af-ter 3 months of treatment , the level of IL-6, TNF-alpha after the first time treatment and 3 month of treatment were significant-ly changed ( P <0.05), HP group and HFHD group was superior to group HD , and HP group was better than HFHD group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion could reduce AGEs ,CRP, IL-6, TNF-alpha level in the blood in patients with chronic renal failure to improve the micro inflammatory state ,compared with conventional hemodialysis and high-flux hemodia-lysis, it had certain advantages , would be a better choice in the clinical practice .
