Abstract:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in treatment of diabetic patients with lacunar infarction and various indicators'changes .Methods Diabetic patients with lacunar infarction 95 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases ) and control group ( 47 cases ).2 groups are based on conventional therapy , the control group plus Shuxuening treatment, observation group were treated with alprostadil treatment , clinical efficacy compared between the two groups 14 d after treatment , the U.S.National Institutes of Health neurologic deficit score ( NIHSS ) , plasma fibrinogen (Fg), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and nail fold microcirculation were observed .Results Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher (91.6% vs. 78.8%, P <0.05).2 groups NIHSS scores were improved , and the treatment group better than the control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05).2 groups'Fg, hs-CRP, FPG and microcirculation indicators are improved , and the treatment group were significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion Alprostadil can significantly improve the clin-ical efficacy and improve neurological function in diabetic patients with lacunar infarction , and no significant adverse reactions were observed , it can be widely applied .
