Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic t -PA (alteplase) combining endovas-cular hypothermia on acute cerebral infarction .Methods 44 patients with acute cerebral infarction (symptoms <3 h) were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases in each group. In the standard treatment group, t -PA -dose intravenous thrombo-lytic therapy while giving blood vessels in Guinea within 24 h of cold treatment, the patient's temperature was cooled to 33°C, followed within 12 h rewarming to the normal temperature; control group with intravenous t -PA thrombolysis therapy; after thrombolytic therapy, both of the 2 group were given conventional treatment , and then observing the time of admission and af -ter treatment of 1, 14, 30 day's NIHSS score and Barthel index, and tested prothrombin activity, activated partial thromboplas-tin time, fibrinogen, D-dimer indicators when admission and after rewarming normally 1 d.Results After rewarming to nor-mal 1 d, both of the 2 groups'prothrombin activity, activated partial thromboplastin time , fibrinogen, D-dimer indicators have improved significantly ( P <0.05), and the treatment group improved significantly more than the control group ( P <0.05), the 2 groups'patients'NIHSS score were significantly lower and Barthel index increased at 1, 14, 30 days of treatment ( P <0.05 ), and the treatment group more significant improvement than the control group ( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse events and mortality in the two groups showed no significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusion Intravenous t-PA thrombol-ysis combined with vascular Guinea hypothermia treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective .
