Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients and organizations NF-κB p65 ex-pression are consistent with the expression of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical features .Methods Immunohistochemistry is applied to detect 58 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patient organizations NF-κB p65 expression , ELISA assay of serum NF-κB p65 levels.Analysis of serum and tissue NF-κB p65 expression and clinical features .Results In 58 patients serum, the tissue NF-κB p65 expression rates were 51.7%, 55.2%, 75.8%concordance rate expression .Serum and tissue NF-κB p65 positive expression in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical stage and IPI score ( P <0 .05 ) , but between different gender, age and T, B cell subtype expression the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).Conclusion Pa-tients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma increased expression of NF-κB p65 , may partly reflect lymphoma NF-κB p65 expression levels, but also associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma clinical stage and IPI .
