Analysis on the Effect of Short-Term-Structured Psychological Care on Psychological Resilience,Stigma and Anxiety-Depression Level in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Ostomy

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of short-term-structured psychological care on anxiety,depression,stig-ma and psychological resilience improvement in colorectal cancer patients with ostomy.Methods A total of 120 colorectal cancer patients with ostomy treated in our hospital between June,2020 and June,2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(60 cases)received routine care,while the study group(60 cases)received short-term-structured psychological care.The nursing outcomes were compared and ana-lyzed.Results Regarding anxiety-depression level,the study group showed significantly better scores after care(P<0.05);For stigma,the study group demonstrated superior scores after intervention(P<0.05);In terms of psycholog-ical resilience,the study group also achieved better scores after nursing(P<0.05);Regarding quality of life,scores of the study group were significantly higher after care(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term-structured psychological care for colorectal cancer patients with ostomy yielded positive results,effectively improving anxiety,depression,stigma,psychological resilience and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
