Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the related factors influencing the prognostic endovascular treat-ment for(Ruptured intracranial aneurysms,RIA)in Xizang. Methods A total of 142 RIA patients who underwent endovascular treatment at People's Hospital of Xizang Autonomous Region were selected as the study subjects.Based on the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)scores, the patients were categorized into a favorable-outcome group(93 cases)and a poor-outcome group(49 cases).Clinical data from both groups were collected to analyze the factors influencing treatment efficacy. Results No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of smoking history, alcohol consumption history, hemoglobin level, aneurysm location, aneurysm of-fending artery, aneurysm morphology or other factors(P>0.05).However,significant differences(P<0.05)were identified in terms of gender, age, ethnicity, multiple aneurysms, maximum aneurysm diameter, aneurysm width,PASSH grade,Hunt-Hess grade, modified Fisher grade, chronic high-altitude polycythemia, hypertension history, lumbar puncture treatment and blood glucose level(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that gender, chronic high-altitude polycythemia, hypertension history, and multiple aneurysms were independent risk fac-tors for poor treatment outcomes(P<0.05),while postoperative lumbar puncture for bloody cerebrospinal fluid drainage served as a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion For subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by RIA,early preoperative evaluation of risk factors(e.g.,clinical grading, age and medical history)and prompt endovascular in-tervention are critical to optimizing treatment outcomes.Routine postoperative lumbar puncture for bloody cerebro-spinal fluid drainage may reduce postoperative complications and protect patients'cerebral-neural functions.
