Management and Optimization of Temporary Drug Requisition Approval Process in Hospitals Based on DingTalk Platform

Abstract：Objective In order to enhance the efficiency of temporary drug procurement in hospitals,this study imple-mented an information management and optimization strategy for temporary drug requisition within Xizang People's Hospital utilizing DingTalk Platform.Methods Based on the many pain points existing in traditional approval pro-cesses for temporary drug requisition,an optimized approval process for this system was established on the Ding-Talk platform with the help of information technology.The study conducted an analysis on the pertinent approval da-ta pre-and post-implementation of the temporary drug requisition management system on the DingTalk platform in Xizang People's Hospital between September,2020 and August,2023.The evaluation focused on the practical ef-fects by examining indicators such as approval cycles,quantity of requested drug types,number of request instances as well as status of nationally negotiated drug types etc.pre-and post-implementation.Results Following the online launch of DingTalk platform,the statistics of temporary drug requisition became more intelligent,with automation in the approval process and standardization in form information.Tthe average time required for statistical analysis was reduced from 8 hours/100 cases to 30 seconds/100 cases,and the average approval cycle was shortened from 5-7 days to 1-2 days.Additionally,the artificial statistics error rate has decreased.This case demonstrates that the imple-mentation of DingTalk platform with its efficient and rapid operational capabilities can meet the clinical demands for temporary drug requisitions.Furthermore,as the hospital drug catalogue optimization progresses,the structure is evolving towards a more rational and stable state.Conclusion The temporary hospital drug requisition management based on DingTalk platform fully reflects the concept of refined management and the value of pharmaceutical servic-es,contributing to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for hospital pharmaceutical management.This study in-troduces new perspectives and solutions to the field of hospital drug management,and is expected to provide benefi-cial references and insights for other organizations within the industry.
