Abstract:Rhodiola crenulata,a perennial herb,is an endangered Tibetan medicinal plant with antioxidant,anti-al-pine hypoxia,anti-fatigue,liver protection,hypoglycemia,anti-radiation and other effects.Plant endophytes live in healthy plant tissues, can synthesize substances needed for plant growth, induce host plant disease resistance, and en-hance plant resistance to environmental stress. As an important part of plant ecosystems, rhizosphere microorganisms play a pivotal role in nutrient acquisition, stress tolerance and material cycling in the process of plant growth and de-velopment.Therefore,the study of endophytic fungi and rhizosphere fungi of Rhodiola crenulata is of great signifi-cance for the development and protection of this species,as well as for the development and protection of endangered Tibetan medicinal plant resources on the Tibetan Plateau. In this study,Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the composition and diversity of fungal communities in the ITS1 region of Rhodiola crenulata en-dophytic(roots,stems,leaves),rhizosphere,and root-zone fungi in Mila Mountain,Xizang. The results showed that at the genus level, the dominant genus was minutisphaera in roots, lemonniera in stems, lemonniera in leaves,helotia-les in rhizosphere soil, and helotiales in root zone. The diversity of endophytic fungi in the stems of Rhodiola crenula-ta was significantly higher than that in roots and leaves. The study systematically revealed the community characteris-tics of the endophytic fungi and rhizosphere fungi of Rhodiola crenulata, and provided a reference for screening the active strains of Rhodiola crenulata and the interactions between Rhodiola crenulata and endophytic fungi.
