Abstract:Objective:To explore the risk factors for neonatal hypoglycemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,EMbase were systematically searched. The search period was from the establishment of the databases to April 2025.Meta-analysis was conducted using R 4.3.3.Results:A total of 13 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that poor blood glucose control,pre-pregnancy overweight or obesity, gestational hypertension, cesarean section,HbA1c>6%,premature birth, neonatal hypothermia, low birth weight, and improper feeding were risk factors for neonatal hypoglycemia in GDM pregnant women. Conclusion:The existing evidence indicates that the neonatal hypoglycemia in pregnant women with GDM is influenced by multiple factors.Clinically,it is necessary to strengthen perinatal dynamic monitoring and management for the above high-risk factors to reduce the risk of neonatal hypoglycemia.
