Abstract:Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and summarize relevant evidence for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing for patients with myasthenia gravis, and provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods:Evidence related to TCM rehabilitation nursing for patients with myasthenia gravis was systematically retrieved from relevant domestic and international guideline websites, professional association websites, and databases from the inception to March 13,2025.Two researchers who had been trained in evidence-based medicine used evaluation tools to assess the quality of the included literature and summarize the evidence. Results:A total of 25 articles were included, including 17 systematic reviews,7 expert consensus reports, and 1 guideline.A total of 21 pieces of best evidence were integrated from seven aspects:assessment, treatment principles and prescriptions, external TCM therapies, rehabilitation exercises, emotional regulation, dietary therapy based on syndrome differentiation, and daily life. Conclusions:The evidence for TCM rehabilitation nursing for patients with myasthenia gravis summarized in this study is relatively scientific and comprehensive.Medical staff should select appropriate TCM rehabilitation nursing techniques based on clinical practice and patient preferences to promote patient recovery.
