Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical application status of evidence promoting oral feeding in premature infants, construct review indicators, analyze obstacles and promoting factors, and provide a basis for formulating change strategies. Methods:Guided by the evidence-based healthcare model of the Joanna Briggs Institute, the best evidence was summarized, review indicators were developed, and baseline reviews were conducted from July 1 to September 30,2023.Based on the review results, obstacles and promoting factors were systematically analyzed to construct targeted change strategies.Results:Ultimately,22 pieces of best evidence were included,19 review indicators were developed, and 9 indicators had an accuracy rate of less than 60%,with 3 indicators having an accuracy rate of 0.After analysis, the main obstacles were the lack of relevant processes and systems for promoting oral feeding, insufficient awareness and attention from medical staff, and a lack of information technology in evaluation tools. The main promoting factors were strong leadership of managers, close interdisciplinary cooperation, experienced training teams, and advanced information technology.Based on this, formulate corresponding changed strategies. Conclusion:There is a gap between the best evidence for promoting oral feeding of premature infants and the current clinical practice status. It is necessary to maximize the use of promoting factors to overcome obstacles, continuously promote clinical changes, promote the clinical application of evidence, and improve the quality of oral feeding management for premature infants.
