Abstract:Objective:To systematically integrate the donation motivation, donation experience, and post-donation feelings of non-directed living kidney donors, and provide evidence-based basis for the evaluation system and nursing practice of non-directed living kidney donors. Methods:Qualitative studies related to the donation motivation, donation experience and post-donation feelings of non-directed living kidney donors were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PsycNET,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data and CBM.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to June 12,2024.The researchers independently screened the literature and extracted the data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Joanna Briggs Institute Health Care Center in Australia were adopted for the evaluation of literature quality, and the research results were integrated using the method of aggregative integration. Results:A total of 6 articles were included,32 research results were extracted, which were classified into 11 new categories.Eventually, they were consolidated into 3 themes:difficulties and challenges before donation, donation experience, and prospects for non-directed living donation. Conclusion:Donors face numerous challenges before, during and after donating. At present,China does not support non-directed living kidney donations. To promote the development of non-directed living kidney donation in our country,it is necessary to further establish and improve the organ allocation system, strengthen publicity and education, and perfect relevant policies, laws and regulations.
