Abstract:Objective:To systematically search for and summarize the relevant evidence on the rehabilitation management and functional promotion of dysphagia in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration, with the aim of providing scientific basis and guidance for effective dysphagia management in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration accompanied by dysphagia.Methods:Evidence-based nursing issues were determined based on the PIPOST principle.Relevant literature on patients with hepatolenticular degeneration accompanied by dysphagia was systematically retrieved from domestic and foreign guideline websites, databases, professional association websites, etc. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to January 20,2025.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included literature, and then they analyzed and summarized the evidence. Results:A total of 19 articles were included, among which 3 were clinical decisions,5 were guidelines,1 was a systematic review,2 were expert consensuse papers,6 were RCTs,1 was a case report, and 1 was a cross-sectional study.33 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 9 aspects:forming a multidisciplinary team, screening and assessment, rehabilitation management, risk factors, potential complications, oral care, nutritional support, dietary guidance, and health education. Conclusion:The decision-making on promoting dysphagia function in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration summarized in this study is helpful to provide references for medical staff to develop management plans for patients with hepatolenticular degeneration, thereby improving the assessment and intervention level of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration accompanied by dysphagia, and improving the nutritional status and prognosis of the patients.
