Abstract:Objective:To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the best evidence for exercise rehabilitation in patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, and to provide a basis for the implementation of rehabilitation exercises. Methods:Evidence related to exercise rehabilitation in patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation was retrieved from UpToDate,NICE,SIGN,Yimaitong,ACC,ESC,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,BMJ Best Practice,Web of Science,OVID,CNKI and CBM.The search period was from the establishment of the database to June 30,2024.Two researchers who had received evidence-based training independently evaluated the quality of the literature and determined the level of evidence. Results:A total of 10 articles were included, including 3 expert consensuses,2 guidelines,2 systematic reviews and 3 randomized controlled trials.A total of 24 pieces of best evidence were summarized regarding 8 aspects:exercise benefits, exercise timing, exercise assessment, exercise methods, exercise intensity, exercise duration and frequency, exercise management, and exercise effect evaluation. Conclusion:This study summarizes the evidence on exercise rehabilitation in patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation. It is recommended that clinical medical staff, fully assess the patients'exercise capacity, exercise habits, and exercise preferences based on the actual situation, when applying the evidence, formulate safe, scientific, and individualized exercise plans for the patients, guide the patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation to exercise reasonably, and thus promoting the patients'recovery.
