Abstract:This article reviews the relationship between oral saliva pH and radiation oropharyngeal mucositis in patients with head and neck tumors, the factors affecting oral saliva pH, the tools for detecting oral saliva pH, and their current application in nursing, aiming to provide a basis for early intervention and improvement of radiation oropharyngeal mucositis in patients with head and neck tumors.
