Application progress of new quality productivity in nursing research

Abstract：This review summarizes the current application of new quality productivity elements such as high-quality laborers, high-intelligence labor tools, and high-computing-power labor objects in nursing research since the concept of new quality productivity was proposed. It suggests that in the future, relevant policies and regulations should be used to strengthen the training and management of high-quality nursing managers; pay attention to the safety, privacy, and medical ethics of high-intelligence labor tools and high-computing-power labor objects in the nursing process; expand research on the accuracy and scientific nature of the application of the three elements of new quality productivity, as well as the evaluation of its application quality. This will provide a theoretical and practical foundation for promoting the growth of the nursing profession and the sustained high-quality development of the nursing discipline.
