Abstract：This paper reviews the current research status, influencing factors, measurement tools, and intervention measures of postoperative fatigue syndrome in orthopedic patients at home and abroad, aiming to provide a basis for conducting related research in China, improving the overall prevention and management level of postoperative fatigue in orthopedic patients, and exploring nursing management schemes suitable for postoperative fatigue syndrome in orthopedic patients in China.
