Abstract:Objective:To collect, assess, and summarize relevant evidence for managing bundled measures in adult sepsis patients, providing guidance for clinical nursing. Methods:Clinical guidelines, best practices, expert consensus, systematic reviews, and evidence summaries related to managing bundled measures in sepsis patients were retrieved from domestic and international guideline websites, database and academic societies databases from database inception to December 20,2024.Two systematically trained researchers conducted literature quality assessments based on the evaluation criteria of the JBI Center for Evidence-Based Healthcare.Evidence was extracted from studies meeting these quality standards. Results:A total of 13 articles were selected, including 5 guidelines,5 expert consensus articles, and 3 systematic reviews. In total,37 pieces of best evidence were identified across 7 areas:early screening and identification, specimen collection, use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, fluid resuscitation, vasoactive drugs, supportive care, and disease observation. Conclusions:This summary of the best evidence for managing bundled interventions in adult sepsis patients provides a reference for clinicians to implement bundled interventions in this population.
