Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of home-based cardiac rehabilitation based on hybrid digital technology on patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD)through Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on home-based cardiac rehabilitation based on hybrid digital technology for intervention in CVD patients were retrieved from domestic and international databases from their inception to January 20,2025.Two researchers independently completed the literature screening and data extraction. The Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included literature.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 15 studies involving 1 570 patients were finally included.Meta-analysis results showed that home-based cardiac rehabilitation based on hybrid digital technology could improve patients'peak oxygen uptake(peak VO2)(MD=2.26,95%CI 1.68-2.84,P<0.001),6-minute walk distance(6MWD)(MD=32.03,95%CI 12.88-51.18,P=0.001),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(MD=2.28,95%CI 0.83-3.73,P=0.002),and quality of life(QOL)(SMD=0.97,95%CI 0.26-1.67,P=0.007).The effects on anxiety and depression need further validation(P>0.05).Conclusions:The existing evidence suggests that home-based cardiac rehabilitation based on hybrid digital technology has a positive impact on cardiopulmonary function, exercise tolerance, and QOL in CVD patients. Its effects on anxiety and depression are unclear and require further investigation.
