Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)non-drug interventions on anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to evaluate and compare the effects. Methods:Relevant literature on TCM non-drug interventions for CHD patients was retrieved from domestic and international databases from database inception to January 15,2024.A network Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 15.0 and Review Manager 5.3 software. Results:A total of 27 studies were included, involving eight non-pharmacological TCM interventions(acupressure, emotional care, auricular acupressure, acupressure exercises,Baduanjin, copper bian-store scraping,Taiji, and acupoint application)and 2 224 CHD patients.Network Meta-analysis showed that compared with routine care, copper bian-store scraping and emotional care had better effects on improving anxiety and depression in CHD patients(P<0.05).The area under the cumulative ordinal probability plot indicated that copper scraping was the better non-pharmacological TCM intervention for improving anxiety and depression in CHD patients.Conclusions:Copper-based scraping therapy is more effective in improving anxiety and depression in CHD patients, which is recommended as the priority in clinical nursing care. However, further validation through numerous high-quality randomized controlled trials is needed.
