Construction and application of standardized scheme for no-touch isolation technique in thoracoscopic pulmonary malignant tumors

Abstract：Objective:To develop and preliminarily validate a standardized protocol for non-touch isolation technology(NTIT)in thoracoscopic lung malignancy surgery based on expert consensus,providing a reference for surgical nurses performing isolation procedures.Methods:A literature review was conducted based on expert consensus to gather relevant evidence,forming a preliminary draft of the standardized NTIT protocol for thoracoscopic lung malignancies.The final protocol was determined through expert consultation using the Delphi method.The quality of isolation technique implementation by nurses during surgery and the incidence of isolation-related complications in patients were compared between two groups.Additionally,the clinical applicability,feasibility,and satisfaction with the protocol were evaluated among nurses in both groups.Results:Eighteen experts completed two rounds of consultation.The authority coefficients for the two rounds were 0.905 and 0.940 respectively,and Kendall's W of the third-level indicators in the second round of inquiries were 0.519,0.469,and 0.462(all P<0.001).The quality score of isolation technique operations performed by nurses during surgery was higher in the experimental group than in the control group.The incidence of surgical isolation-related complications was lower in the experimental group(6.9%)than in the control group(31.0%).Furthermore,nurses in the experimental group gave high evaluations of the clinical applicability,feasibility,and satisfaction of the plan.Conclusion:The standardized NTIT protocol for thoracoscopic lung malignancy surgery demonstrates scientific validity,reliability,and clinical applicability.It provides a reference for operating room nurses to standardize NTIT procedures during thoracoscopic lung malignancy surgeries.
