Abstract：This review summarizes the current status, assessment tools, and influencing factors of oral targeted drug adherence in cancer patients, and puts forward relevant suggestions on existing shortcomings and future research prospects, aiming to provide references for subsequent research and the development of intervention programs by medical staff to improve the adherence of cancer patients to oral targeted drugs.
