Abstract:Objective:To retrieve, screen and summarize the best evidence on oral nutritional supplement(ONS)for patients after radical total gastrectomy, providing evidence-based support for clinical practice. Methods:According to the"6S"pyramid model,a systematic search was conducted in domestic and foreign databases, guideline websites and professional association websites for evidence related to ONS for patients after radical total gastrectomy. The search period was from the establishment of the database to March 2025.Two researchers who had received systematic training in evidence-based nursing independently conducted literature quality evaluation, data extraction and evidence integration, strictly following the norms of evidence-based research. Results:A total of 21 articles were finally included, including 1 clinical decision,4 guidelines,7 expert consensuses,3 systematic reviews and 6 evidence summaries. The evidence was summarized into 20 items across 6 aspects:team building, nutritional risk screening and assessment, nutritional education, postoperative ONS application management, symptom monitoring and management, and ONS guidance at discharge. Conclusion:Existing evidence indicates that the best evidence summarized for ONS in patients after radical total gastrectomy provides a reference for medical staff to carry out standardized nutritional treatment and management.
