Abstract:Objective: To systematically review the current research status of nurse TCM syndrome differentiation nursing training, analyze the training content, methods, and evaluation of training effectiveness, and provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the TCM nursing talent cultivation system. Methods: Guided by Arksey's scoping review methodology, relevant studies were systematically retrieved from PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database. The search period was from the establishment of the database to November 18, 2024, and the included literature was summarized and analyzed. Results: A total of 15 papers were included. The training targets for TCM syndrome differentiation nursing ability were mainly junior nurses, with no unified standards for instructors. The training duration ranged from 1 to 6 months, and the training content mainly covered two modules: theoretical teaching and practical skills. The evaluation of training effectiveness focused on two aspects: teaching effectiveness evaluation and feedback evaluation. Conclusion: The content of nurse TCM syndrome differentiation nursing training is still not comprehensive, the construction of the instructor team lacks a unified standard, the training forms are relatively diversified, and the evaluation indicators for training effectiveness need to be improved. Future research should further standardize the nurse TCM syndrome differentiation nursing training system.
