Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of gastrointestinal bleeding in children with henoch-schönlein purpura(HSP).Methods:Relevant literature were retrieved from CNKI,CBM,WanFang Data,VIP,Web of Science,PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library and CINAHL.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to April 4,2025.Stata 15.0 software was adopted for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 18 articles were included. The results of the Meta-analysis showed that NLR(OR=2.380,95%CI 1.253-4.552,P=0.008),IL-8(OR=1.413,95%CI 1.034-1.931,P=0.03),TNF-α(OR=2.901,95%CI 1.679-5.014,P<0.000 1),WBC(OR=1.100,95%CI 1.008-1.202,P=0.033),NEUT(OR=1.074,95%CI 1.029-1.122,P=0.001),vomiting(OR=2.968,95%CI 1.614-5.495,P<0.000 1),rash distribution(OR=8.996,95%CI 2.502-32.344,P=0.001),and type Ⅰ Hp infection(OR=7.628,95%CI 2.961-19.651,P<0.000 1)were risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding in children with HSP.IL-6(OR=0.875,95%CI 0.817-0.938,P<0.000 1)was a protective factor for gastrointestinal bleeding in children with HSP.Conclusion:Existing evidence indicates that the influencing factors of gastrointestinal bleeding in children with HSP include NLR,IL-8,TNF-α,WBC,NEUT,vomiting,rash distribution, type Ⅰ Hp infection, and IL-6.Early identification of children at high risk of gastrointestinal bleeding is conducive to implementing targeted intervention and improving prognosis.
