Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation nursing guided by CPET in patients after PCI.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation nursing guided by cardiopulmonary exercise tests for patients after PCI were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,and CBM.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to September 1,2024.After two researchers screened the literature, extracted the information and evaluated the quality.RevMan 5.3 and Stata software were used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 16 articles were included, involving 1,523 patients. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional nursing, cardiac rehabilitation nursing guided by cardiopulmonary exercise tests can improve AT(MD=1.97,95%CI 1.61-2.33,P<0.000 01),METs(MD=0.92,95%CI 0.60-1.25,P<0.000 01),VO2max(MD=2.38,95%CI 2.12-2.65,P<0.000 01),peak oxygen pulse(MD=1.59,95%CI 1.24-1.94,P<0.000 01),LVEF(MD=5.84,95%CI 3.17-8.51,P<0.000 1),and improving patients'quality of life(MD=8.81,95%CI 7.06-10.55,P<0.000 01),the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:Existing evidence suggests that cardiac rehabilitation nursing guided by cardiopulmonary exercise testing can effectively improve the cardiac function status of patients after PCI,enhance their quality of life, and promote their recovery. However, more high-quality and large-sample studies are still needed to further validate its long-term efficacy and safety.
