Research progress in change fatigue in the nursing field

Abstract：This paper reviews the concept, connotation, assessment tools, and outcome indicators of change fatigue, aiming to provide a reference for nursing managers to identify nurses' change fatigue, optimize change plans, and carry out continuous quality improvement, as well as to provide a theoretical basis for related research on change fatigue in nursing.
