Abstract：This study systematically explores the assessment of enteral nutrition in mechanically ventilated patients, the influencing factors of feeding intolerance, current assessment status, optimization strategies, and future prospects, aiming to develop personalized nutritional plans for high-risk populations in a timely manner, promote the integration and complementarity of artificial intelligence and medical work, improve work efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.
