Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the risk prediction model of lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecologic malignancies. Methods:A computerized search was performed for relevant literature on the risk prediction model of lower limb lymphedema after treatment of gynecologic malignancies in CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library, and other databases. The search period was from the establishment of the library to October 20,2024.Literature screening, data extraction, and quality assessment were performed independently by two master's students. Results:A total of 10 articles and twelve risk prediction models were included. The area under the curve of the ROC for 10 of these models ranged from 0.700 to 1.000.The overall applicability and risk of bias of the included studies were high.International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage, number of lymph node dissections, body mass index≥25 kg/m2,and radiotherapy were predictors that appeared more frequently in the risk prediction models. Conclusion:The predictive performance of the risk prediction model for lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecologic malignancies is good. However, the quality is poor and it is still in the development stage. In the future, the quality of the prediction model needs to be improved from various aspects, such as data sources, modeling methods, data processing, and model performance evaluation.
