Abstract:Objective: To understand the research hotspots and frontier trends in liver transplant nursing in Chinese and English literature, providing references and guidance for future related research. Methods: Chinese and English literature on liver transplant nursing were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and Web of Science, with a time range from January 1, 2013, to December 31, 2023. The CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze authors, institutions, journals, and keywords of the included literature. Results: A total of 209 Chinese articles and 165 English articles were retrieved. The results showed that the research hotspots in Chinese literature focused on quality of life, children, risk factors, complications, and infants; while English literature mainly focused on outcome (outcome), quality of life (quality of life), disease (disease), management (management), and experience (experience). Quality of life is a common research hotspot both domestically and internationally. Conclusion: Liver transplant nursing is the foundation for achieving optimal post-transplant health recovery. The research热度 has shown an overall upward trend. China has a high number of publications and strong overall cooperation. Nursing researchers should further integrate support teams according to clinical needs and explore systematic management of liver transplant nursing.
