Abstract：This paper focuses on the competency requirements and training status of plastic surgery specialty nurses. It analyzes the current status of competency requirements (clinical practice ability, theoretical knowledge, communication skills, privacy protection, and ethical literacy) for plastic surgery specialty nurses both domestically and internationally. It also discusses the current status and shortcomings of training work in terms of training systems, content, methods, and evaluation, and puts forward optimization suggestions to provide a reference for promoting the development of training for plastic surgery specialty nurses.
