Abstract：This paper introduces the overview of symptom clusters, and reviews the categories, assessment tools, influencing factors, impact on quality of life, and related clinical trials of symptom clusters in patients with multiple myeloma, aiming to provide guidance for improving symptom management in patients with multiple myeloma.
