Construction of an indicator system for medium length catheter technology training program based on training transfer theory

Abstract：Objective:Based on the training transfer theory,to construct an indicator system for the training program of medium length catheter technology,and provide reference for the training of medium length catheters.Methods:Through literature review analysis,semi-structured interviews,and expert meetings,a preliminary indicator system for the training program of medium length catheters was developed.The Delphi expert inquiry method was used to conduct two rounds of questionnaire inquiries to 24 experts from June to August 2024 to complete the screening and revision of indicators,and determine the weights of each level of indicators.Results:The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires was 100％,and the authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.827 and 0.842,respectively.The Kendall's coordination coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.251 and 0.260,respectively.The final index system for the medium length catheter technology training program consisted of 5 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators,and 51 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The indicator system for the training program of medium length catheters based on the training transfer theory has strong scientific and practical significance,and can be used for relevant training of medium length catheters.
