Construction and application of standardized non-bioartificial liver vascular access maintenance scheme

Abstract：Objective:To construct a standardized non-bioartificial liver(NBAL)vascular access maintenance program,aiming to standardize specialty management and nursing practices and improve the treatment effect of NBAL.Methods:Based on the evidence-based method,the literature at home and abroad was searched,and the first draft of the standardized NBAL vascular access maintenance program was developed based on the content analysis method.From April to May 2023,20 experts were consulted using the Delphi method in two rounds,and the final draft of the standardized NBAL vascular access maintenance plan was revised and established in a group standard format based on the experts' opinions.Results:The response rates for both rounds of expert questionnaires were 100.00％,the authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.830 and 0.835,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.223 and 0.368,respectively(all P＜0.001),and the final NBAL vascular access maintenance program included 6 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The standardized NBAL vascular access maintenance scheme constructed in this study is scientific,reliable,practical and specialty.through clinical application,the implementation of program improves the therapeutic effect of artificial liver,reduces the incidence of catheter complications during artificial liver treatment.
