Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the systematic review/Meta-analysis of interventions to improve hand hygiene compliance in healthcare workers. Methods:CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM,VIP,PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library were searched by computer to find systematic reviews/Meta-analysis of interventions to improve hand hygiene compliance in healthcare workers using a combination of subject terms and free words systematic searches, with the timeframe of all searches being from the establishment of the database to December 2023.Literature screening and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers with a masters degree and training in evidence-based medicine systems.AMSTAR 2.0 scale was used to evaluate methodological quality and GRADE system was used to summarize and grade the evidence. Results:A total of 17 systematic evaluations were included, and AMSTAR 2 evaluations showed that 4(23.53%)were rated as high quality,2(11.76%)were rated as medium quality,3(14.65%)were rated as low quality, and 8(47.06%)were rated as very low quality.A quality assessment of 10 pieces of evidence from the included literature showed that 6 were of high quality,3 were of medium quality, and 1 was of low quality. Conclusion:The effectiveness of comprehensive interventions can significantly improve hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers, smart hand hygiene technology plays an integral role in hospitals. However, considering the low quality of the overall studies included in the systematic evaluation, there is still a need for rigorous and standardized high-quality studies to provide stronger evidence support in the future.
