Abstract：This review summarizes the research progress on related concepts, theoretical models, assessment tools, influencing factors, and intervention measures of psychological resource depletion, aiming to provide references for clinical workers to develop effective nursing programs, thereby enhancing patients' self-regulation abilities and overall health levels.
