Abstract:Objective: To retrieve and analyze the literature related to nutritional risk prediction models for patients with cardiovascular metabolic diseases, in order to provide medical staff with tools for early identification of nutritional risk in this population and to offer references for implementing effective intervention measures. Methods: A systematic search of Chinese and English databases was conducted, with a time frame from January 2015 to April 2025. Literature information was extracted and summarized and analyzed. Results: A total of 20 papers were included. The models were mainly constructed using Logistic regression analysis. Age, body mass index (BMI), serum albumin, and comorbidities were common predictive factors. Conclusion: Nutritional risk prediction models for patients with cardiovascular metabolic diseases are still in the developmental stage, with significant performance differences and a generally high risk of bias. Future research should focus on multidimensional validation of model performance, enriching the construction methods and presentation forms of the models, in order to develop low-bias, practical prediction models.
