Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of different exercise methods on improving lung function and exercise endurance in postoperative lung cancer patients. Methods:RCTs on the application of different exercise modes in postoperative lung cancer patients were retrieved from CNKI,CBM,VIP,WanFang Data,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library, and CINAHL.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 2024.RCTs bias risk assessment tool recommended by the Cochrane Evidence Center was used to evaluate the quality of literature that met inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata 16.0 software was used for conducting a network Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 27 studies were included, involving 8 types of exercise. The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, all seven exercise methods except yoga could effectively improve the 6MWD of lung cancer postoperative patients. The effect of Baduanjin on improving FEV1 in postoperative lung cancer patients was superior to conventional nursing and rehabilitation.Power cycling,Tai Chi,and aerobic combined with resistance exercise have better effects on improving FVC than conventional nursing and rehabilitation. The improvement of FEV1/FVC%by aerobic combined with resistance exercise was superior to conventional nursing and rehabilitation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them, aerobic combined with resistance exercise showed the best improvement in 6MWD and FEV1/FVC%.Baduanjin has the best effect on improving FEV1.The power cycling has the best FVC enhancement effect. Conclusions:Existing evidence suggests that exercise intervention can improve lung function and exercise endurance in postoperative lung cancer patients, but the improvement effect varies among different exercise modes.Aerobic combined with resistance exercise is superior to single exercise mode in improving FEV1/FVC%and 6MWD.Therefore,the clinical team could develop a rehabilitation program centered on aerobic combined resistance based on individualized patient assessment results and departmental resource allocation.
