Application progress of intervention mapping applied in health management among diabetic patients

Abstract：This paper reviews the definition, characteristics, implementation steps of intervention mapping, and its application in the health management of diabetic patients at home and abroad. It analyzes the reasons for introducing intervention mapping into the health management of diabetic patients, the specific practices, as well as the challenges and coping strategies faced, aiming to improve the health management level of the diabetic population.
