Abstract:Objective:To analyze the latent profile and influencing factors of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones. Methods:A total of 182 elderly patients with gallstones who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. The General Information Questionnaire,Decision Fatigue Scale,Decision-making Self-Efficacy Scale,Decision-making Readiness Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale, and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory were used for the survey. The latent profile of patients'decision fatigue was analyzed and its influencing factors were explored. Results:The score of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones was(17.95±7.07),which could be divided into low-decision fatigue type(25.83%),medium-decision fatigue type(29.12%),and high-decision fatigue type(45.05%).Unordered multiple-classification Logistic regression analysis showed that female gender, age, educational level, participation in medical decision-making,decision-making self-efficacy,decision-making readiness, perceived social support, state anxiety, and trait anxiety were influencing factors of the latent profile of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones(P<0.05).Conclusions:The perioperative decision fatigue of elderly patients with gallstones is at a medium level, and there are individual differences.Clinical medical staff can carry out corresponding interventions based on the influencing factors of decision fatigue profile of patients.
