Abstract:Objective:To explore the influencing factors of medication compliance in kidney transplant patients. Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM and VIP were searched. The search period was from the establishment of the database to November 2024.Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted the data, and evaluated the risk quality of literature bias.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results:A total of 12 articles were included, with a high overall quality and a total sample size of 3 983 cases. The Meta-analysis results showed that the post-transplantation time(OR=0.96,95%CI 0.94-0.97,P<0.001),marital status(OR=2.41,95%CI 1.53-3.79,P<0.001),level of education(OR=1.09,95%CI 1.02-1.16,P=0.01],family income(OR=0.27,95%CI 0.13-0.59,P=0.000 8)and medication belief(OR=1.25,95%CI 1.10-1.41,P=0.000 5)were the influencing factors of medication compliance of kidney transplant recipients. Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that the post-transplantation time, marital status, education level, family income and belief in taking medicine are the factors influencing the compliance of kidney transplant recipients. However, most of the studies included in this Meta-analysis were cross-sectional studies, which have certain limitations. The above conclusions could be verified by more prospective cohort studies with large samples.
