Abstract:Objective: To develop and validate a scale for evaluating the quality of artificial intelligence nursing services. Methods: Based on the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) model, combined with the characteristics of artificial intelligence nursing services and practical application scenarios, an initial scale was constructed. The scale was improved through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and a pilot survey, followed by a formal survey involving 280 actual users. Results: The scale for evaluating the quality of artificial intelligence nursing services includes five dimensions and 20 items. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the five factors is 67.270%. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale is 0.903, and the Cronbach's α coefficients for each dimension are 0.859, 0.831, 0.788, 0.761, and 0.846, respectively. Conclusion: The scale for evaluating the quality of artificial intelligence nursing services has good reliability and validity, and can serve as a powerful tool for nursing service quality evaluation and continuous improvement.
