Construction of a dual coping intervention program for caregivers in patients with hematological malignancies

Abstract:Objective:In order to provide a reference for clinical hematology-oncology nurses to carry out dual coping intervention,the dual coping intervention program for caregivers of hematological malignancies patients was constructed.Methods:Based on literature review,expert group meeting,and under the guidance of Walsh's family resilience theory and social support theory,the first draft of the dual coping intervention program for caregivers of patients with hematological malignancies was preliminarily constructed,and the final draft of the dual coping intervention program was formed after two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence with 15 experts.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.900,and the Kendall harmony coefficient were 0.222 and 0.365,respectively.The final dual coping intervention program for caregivers of hematological malignancies patients was formed,including information support,emotional support,social security support,and life meaning reconstruction,with 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 22 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The program is comprehensive,scientific and reliable,and clinically practical,which can provide clearer and more definite guidance for clinical hematology-oncology nurses to care for patients and caregivers,so as to improve the quality of life of patients and caregivers with hematological malignancies.
