Abstract:Objective:To construct a risk factor evaluation index system for the prevention of peripheral complications of vasoactive drugs infusion through peripheral venous indwelling needle,so as to provide a reference for clinical nursing care of vasoactive drugs infusion through peripheral venous indwelling needle. Methods:Based on the theory of system safety and combined with literature research, the first draft of risk factor items was drawn up.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels and to construct an evaluation index system for risk factor identification, evaluation and early warning. Results:The risk factors evaluation index system for complications caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs included 6 first-level indicators and 59 second-level indicators. The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.930 and 0.945.The value of Kendall's W of expert opinions were 0.355 and 0.340,respectively.The weights of six first-level indicators were 0.10,0.14,0.10,0.23,0.19 and 0.24,respectively.The consistency test indexes are 0.067,0.043,0.025,0.047,0.045 and 0.052,respectively.Conclusion:The evaluation index system for complication prevention of peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs constructed in this study is highly scientific and reliable, which provides a reference for risk identification and assessment of clinical intravenous therapy and nursing.Subsequent empirical verification of the index system should be carried out to explore the feasibility of risk early warning.
