Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Du-moxibustion intervention in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain. Methods:Computer searches were conducted on CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, and EMbase for clinical randomized controlled trials on the use of Du-moxibustion in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain. The retrieval time was from the inception to May 31,2024.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 16.0 software, and trial sequential analysis was performed using TSA 0.9.5.10 Beta software. Results:A total of 13 studies were included, involving 1 100 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that Du-moxibustion could effectively improve the clinical total effective rate of treating spleen stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain(OR=4.99,95%CI 3.32-7.51,P<0.000 01);improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(SMD=-1.55,95%CI-2.18--0.92,P<0.000 01),Visual Analog Scale score(SMD=-1.47,95%CI-1.78--1.15,P<0.000 01),in patients with epigastric pain, and reduce the recurrence rate of epigastric pain(OR=0.24,95%CI 0.13-0.43,P<0.000 01).The results of trial sequential analysis confirmed that the results of clinical efficacy were stable and reliable. Conclusion:Current evidence shows that Du-moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain, but in the future,high-quality randomized controlled trials with multiple centers and large samples need to be conducted to provide more reliable clinical evidence support for the clinical application of Du-moxibustion in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain.
