Abstract:Objective: To construct a quality evaluation index system for oral care management in patients with periodontal disease, providing an objective and scientific reference basis for clinical implementation of oral health management, monitoring, and quality evaluation. Methods: Through literature retrieval, screening, and evaluation, feasible information was extracted to build the framework of the quality evaluation index system for oral care management in patients with periodontal disease. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert questionnaires, and finally, the quality evaluation index system for oral care management in patients with periodontal disease was formed. Results: The response rates for the two rounds of questionnaires were both 100.00%. The expert authority coefficients were 0.736 and 0.817, respectively. Kendall's coefficient of concordance ranged from 0.412 to 0.892. The final quality evaluation index system for oral care management in patients with periodontal disease includes three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The quality evaluation index system for oral care management in patients with periodontal disease constructed in this study has certain scientific validity, reliability, and practicality, and can serve as an important evaluation tool for continuous improvement of clinical oral nursing management quality.
