Abstract:Objective: To explore the acupoint selection rules for acupuncture massage intervention in dysphagia after stroke based on data mining technology. Methods: Literature on acupuncture massage intervention for dysphagia after stroke published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP Database, China Biological Medicine Database, PubMed, and The Cochrane Library up to July 3, 2024, was retrieved. Excel 2016, SPSS Modeler 18.0, and SPSS Statistics 25.0 software were used for data analysis. Results: A total of 78 studies were included, extracting 78 prescriptions involving 43 acupoints; the top three most frequently used acupoints were Lianquan (CV23), Fengchi (GB20), and Jiache (ST6); the selected meridians mainly belonged to the Ren Meridian and the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian; the acupoints were mostly located in the neck and face areas; in terms of acupoint combination, the support level of Lianquan-Fengchi was the highest. Conclusion: Acupuncture massage for dysphagia after stroke can select Lianquan, Fengchi, Fuyu (GV16), Yifeng (TE17), and Jiache as core acupoints, with the treatment principle of promoting meridian circulation, unblocking the throat, and regulating internal organ functions, which can provide reference for clinical acupoint selection.
