Abstract：This article reviews the current epidemiological status of comorbidities in the elderly, the current status of comorbidity patterns, influencing factors, and management challenges such as polypharmacy and nutritional risks. It emphasizes the importance of precision nursing in the management of comorbidities in the elderly, explores symptom science and precision nursing management, and looks forward to the future development direction of precision nursing for comorbidities in the elderly.
